Session Objectives:

As hospitals across the province continue to face financial pressures, we will be tasked with doing more with less - a term that many may already be familiar with. Our current focus as a hospital remains on organizational efficiency, doing our work differently, more efficiently and at the same standard of care. This will entail improving some of our current processes and changing others. At today's session, you will learn about process improvement and change management, including principles, methodologies, and practical tips that you can use in your daily work.
